Emit alarm if the cooling-water shortage occurs
Automatically change into cooling process if the temperature of hot medium is above setting temperature 10 oC. By applying cooling-water it will lower the heat into the set-up range. With the special designed pressure switch, the alarm system will emit to warm the shortage of cooling-water. (Patent still pending)
Prevent the cooling-water enters reversely
  Cooling-water must flow through the electromagnetic valve first then into the cooler. After heating-exchange process, hot water will be drained out. If the direction goes wrong, the heating-exchanged hot water would get through the electromagnetic valve first, then the electromagnetic valve would be burned. With equipped the prevent reversal valve to prevent cooling-water enters reversely. (Patent still pending)
Pressure gauge

 When finishing the installation at the first time switch on the pump, then pressure gauge will show the negative numeral if the PMMP runs reversely. It will be fine after changing any electric line and swich on again.

 Show the pressure numeral in the normal operation to know the flow through the tube.

 When pushing the clear button, it shows the negative numeral.
Equip thermometer on the hot medium joints
  Equipped with thermometer on the hot medium joints to show the temperature of "TO MOLD" and "FROM MOLD" very clearly.
Tube cleaning button
  When pushing the button, then PUMP reverse running at moment to produce the powerful momentum to clean tube circuit. (Patent still pending)
Over heat protection controller
  With adjustable over-head controller to protect the hot medium oil and PUMP. If the temperature is over the set-up value, it will be cut-off automatically. (Max setting 150oC)

Use TEW.HT.BAND HEATER
  Most direct-heating designed machine will cause the greaves due to the medium liquid is contacting with the high temperature surface of the tubular heater directly. It will burn out the tubular heater and decrease the oil circulation efficiency. With equipped TEW.H.T.BAND HEATER which is heating indirectly and reliable for long-term use. Can avoid the above disadvantages.
Hard copper tubes
  All the piping is adapted into hard copper tube and direct connected joints. They are tough and endurable.
Equip ventilated window
  The new designed ventilated window works very well to reduce the inner temperature thoroughly to be near the outside temperature. It allows seeing the operation inside through it or removing it for the convenience of maintenance.
